How much do you charge for shipping?

We ship through Canada Post. Upon checkout you may choose which option is best suited for you.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
Most orders will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
Some orders can take between 3-5 working days depending on your location.
Remote locations can take longer.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email you provided.

Is there a signature upon delivery required for my order?

Someone at the shipping address must sign for the order. 

Do you charge customs fees or duty?

Orders with a ship-to address in Canada ship from Canada and are duty free.
If you order from anywhere outside of Canada you may be charged Duty/Custom fees if what you ordered is less than $800.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.
